feat: add complete Chinese localization - #15

Summary

• Translate the user-facing Luna web, setup wizard, desktop onboarding, settings, Live2D workbench, diary, dream, tool status, and error copy into Chinese.
• Keep protocol fields, IPC channel names, environment variable names, model IDs, and Live2D parameter IDs unchanged.
• Keep the setup language toggle and use Chinese as the daily default when no explicit language choice is stored.
• Update affected tests and packaged smoke coverage for the localized UI.

Verification

• 2033 pass / 3 skip / 0 fail
• TypeScript checks pass for protocol, web, server, and desktop packages.
• Production Web bundle, server sidecar, and macOS arm64 Electron package build successfully.
• Isolated packaged smoke test returns ok: true with menu, WebSocket, data API, and settings rows verified.
• No credentials, local databases, runtime files, or private TTS binaries are included.

The branch is pushed from NealZhouPanda's fork because the current account does not have direct write permission to the upstream repository.
